Run with Jenn via video-First and Final episode!

Morning! Crazy wild weekend around these parts! No time to blog so tried to multitask here. WARNING! Extremely boring scenery and babbling rambling runner in links below......ha!

I DO have a Shoutout video to post later today when I get home and can get it uploaded. Less heavy breathing in that one:)

Hope everyone woke up to the BEAUTIFUL sunshine we have here!!!

ha ha ha! You are so funny... love "There's the UPS man delivering more stuff I ordered at 2 in the morning!" Felt like I went running with you! I know what you mean about keeping the easy pace slow enough. My easy pace has just been creeping up on me...like 8:05 to 8:22ish has been where I've been sitting with recovery runs even though I know they should probably be more like 8;45. Wow, you're not kidding with the wide open FLATness there...I like the open/no house thing you've got going on...time to just be by yourself. Well besides the huge trucks! :) Hope you had fun at your party!! I want my video!! ha ha. And you know the one I'm talking about.

Ok...I can't believe you can run that fast and talk at the same time...let alone shoot a video. If I ran that fast I would be on death's door...panting something unintelligible to St. Peter about letting me the heck in.

hahahhhahahahhaha! this was heeee lair eeeee us. love it when you flash your face at us and show us your shoes :) and your accent kills me! now my goal is to get fast enough to go running with you someday ... then you could talk and keep your pace down and I could listen and do my version of hauling ass to keep up :P

I cannot talk and run SLOW...well I think I can't...I could try but then I would talk or sing to myself..!!! these were great! you are funny...I cannot relate to keeping easy and keeping yourself from going too fast...I am not there yet!!! Tempo is hard for me. The hardest runs always.

Okay so that was a crazy manic thing you just posted and I loved it. My fave part are the 18 wheelers zooming by.

This was TERRIFIC, Jenn! I have something like this saved on the computer, but never posted it. I thought it would be too shaky to watch, but now I realize that it doesn't matter, since I loved seeing your running route! And the closeup of you was cute. That is SOME traffic. You run on those trails everyday? I bet you look forward to a road race. Those paces are pretty quick, especially on gravel. No wonder you are such a fast marathoner! Ha!

I am going to shoot you an email.
Loved it:)
Hope you have a great firecracker day:)

I do love MN....this time of year! I'm in NE right now and adjusting the humidity!

I enjoyed running with you!! I felt fast for once!

Hahahaha! Trust me. Your run is better than mine. Try blazing hot sun + boring, sandy canal. Maybe I'll do a video post too sometime. It won't be at that pace though. Damn girl!!!

For a sec, I almost thought you were in Colorado!! ;)

"Run with Jenn" - well, you know I'm all over that! Go Jenn, kill that gravel road and trail ditch - you lucky girl, you!

Your a spaz. I LOVE IT!! You must do this again! And I can't belive you wear your Luanches out there. Sorry about the hubbs not being able to go to the party with you. Hope you had fun and didn't turn into Alexa (Real housewives of OC - but I know you have zero time for tv so you probably have no idea what I'm talking about).

Oh here I am, running a 7:42 while chatting and video-ing... I will come run with you and force you to be slow, it's my specialty! :) your trails are gorgeous, as long as it doesnt get too hot with no shade. The neighborhoods I run in are snoozealicious...

That is absolutely hilarious! No other blogger that I know of has attempted that so go girl!
