It was mostly because it was the only place my co-habitant and I could find room for it, but it was kind of a good motivational tool, as well!<br />Excellent job of listening to your body. It's definitely not easy, but worth it in the end. I think it was smart to rest! You have been building up both mileage and speed, so your body is going to be pissed from time to time. I think the lower mileage week was a good call. Do you ever do 3 miles high, one mile down in terms of mileage? I try to, though I have a hard time with it. Oh, and look at all that core work you are doing. Awesome!<br />BTW, I worked from home today and have accomplished nothing.
